We are not kidding you; in Spore, there is literally thousands of star systems in-game. As players, you start out in a single planet. But as you get past the initial ship-navigation tutorial, you will learn that the universe of Spore is so much bigger includind the dreaded Grox we cover later in this review. This is also the largest phase of the game ? the spore space stage. It promises players more gameplay content that can be found in all four previous stages combined and so much more. Take our word for it, EA certainly delivers. The space stage is basically a whole game in itself, complete with its own set of rules and goals.
