If you’re not much of a fan of the underserved Kardashian fame, then you’re certainly not alone. This might not be the right place for you or your high blood pressure however since Kim Kardashian: Hollywood is the game that’s under review here. Luckily for most, I can’t quite bring myself to wade through the nitty gritty of the game in too much detail, so here’s a review that is going to take a little look at the customisation aspects involved in the game. . This game, though detestable in its ethos, actually has a fair bit of avatar customisation to tailor the experience to you. I’m not into fashion so I can’t really speak in an educated sense about the particular garments involved, but I’m very well versed in gaming and know a good customising experience when I see one

There is a lot to be said about Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff. It’s a free-to-play mobile game that’s as self-referential and eccentric as the TV series used to be in its golden years, but through the multiple instances of poking fun of traditional mobile game conventions, it seems the developers forgot that they themselves – and by extension the game itself – are subject to such conventions. The result is a mixed bag, with some reasonably entertaining quests to be carried out in a recently burned-down Quahog and a lot of in-app purchase options. But there’s also a good bit of character customisation here, and this aspect of the game is to be the main focus of this review.

Glu Games are a games development company that have the free-to-play market sewn up. They have a multitude of titles, from Cooking Dash 2016 to war games like Frontline Commando: WW2 and even Terminator GenisysL Revolution. There are some more fashion-centric games available from this developer however, with Kim Kardashian: Hollywood being one of them. If you don't fancy getting covered in the napalm-sticky, foul-smelling ooze that is the Kardashian family's rise to stardom however, you can always opt for the more generic approach. Cue the drum roll for Stardom: A-List, a freemium mobile game that's all about rising through the ranks of imagined stardom, with a fair bit of avatar customisation to sweeten the experience.

Sometimes when you're after a fun and free character-creating experience, you have to concede that complexity in a game isn't always better than simplicity. Keeping things as simple as they come, Pony Creator is a niche avatar-creation app whose origins lie in the flash-based game of the same name. Its simple interface allows you to create and edit a pony avatar using a multitude of customisation options and also the ability to move your pony's stance as well as save and share your designs with your friends.

First Spotify and now Androidify? How many –ify suffixes do we need with our apps? Unlike Spotify, Androidify caters exclusively for those wishing to create their own custom avatars in the style of the unmistakable Android robot logo. Though it is a rather niche genre, avatar creation does have a massive quantity of games attributed to its particular brand of fun, though you’ll really struggle to find one that is designed as well and executed as cleanly as this one. Create custom Android-themed avatars by choosing from a selection of hundreds of different parts, all put together to make one damned cool little logo that’s personal to you.
